Have you been dreaming of having longer fuller hair? Or maybe you just want to add some extra volume? Extensions may just be the answer. I am a proud Dream Catchers certified extensionist and offer a range of extension options to meet whatever need you may have. Listed below are the different methods that I offer with a brief description of each. The pricing for each method varies depending on the length and type of hair. A consultation is required prior to scheduling an extension appointment so we can plan out the best method to meet your needs.

Extension Methods

Sew-in/Beaded Row

This method of extensions uses wefts of hair, either machine-tied or hand-tied, which are sewn to a row of micro-beads in your hair. Most installs require 2-3 rows. With this method the extensions can stay in for up to 3 months, with a maintenance appointment at the 6 week mark to retighten the wefts. With this method you can typically reuse the same hair for 1-2 years with proper maintenance.

I-Tips

This method is similar to the k-tip method in that it uses individual strands of hair. However, they are attached using silicone lined beads that are clamped around a piece of your natural hair and the tip of the extension. This method offers lots of styling versatility and can be left in for up to 4 months with proper care and maintenance. With proper care the same hair can be reused for up to 2 years.

K-Tip

This method uses individual strands of hair attached to your natural hair with small beads of keratin. This is the most versatile and least visible of all the methods. With this method the extensions can stay in for up to 4-6 months with proper maintenance and the hair can be reused for up to 2 years if properly cared for.

Tape-in

This method uses a special double sided adhesive to attach the extensions to your natural hair. This method is great for clients who are curious about extensions but aren't sure if they want to commit to wearing extensions long term. While tape-in extensions are usually more budget friendly than other methods they also offer the least amount of styling versatility. Tape in extensions need to be moved up every 6-8 weeks, and if properly cared for they can be re-taped and reused for 2-3 installs.
